Something I thought about:
- We’re still trying to make sense of US medical care, and things are just so unnecessarily difficult and expensive here. Switzerland is famous for being expensive, but out of pocket medical costs are a fraction of US prices. In fact, I could fly to Switzerland and pay for certain services out of pocket, and that’d be less expensive than the equivalent services in the US — even with “good” insurance. And then I’d be in Switzerland!
Something I did:
- Scrubbed the screened porch, which had been covered in months of pollen — now we know not to put screens as soon as the weather warms up
- Made a demo
- Meetings, PMing, bug reporting
- More soccer
- Went to a family bbq
