Something I thought about:

  • How to structure a course around the idea of uncertainty and inquiry. In the past, the oral fluency course that I teach has focused on presentations and a rather straightforward transfer of information. This term I'd like to think about how to frame good questions and how to approach these problem spaces with nuance.

Something I did:

  • Reframed my spring course, created the course Moodle, and updated all course documents.
  • Tried to strengthen the through line of this dissertation chapter, which is currently extremely choppy and reads like three separate papers.
