My doctoral defense will take place on Friday, December 9th at 10 am in the FLSH building (Espace Tilo-Frey 1) at the Université de Neuchâtel in Room RO 12. My dissertation is titled: Mysterious Geography: Elizabeth Bishop and the Mediations of Place.
That afternoon, beginning at 2:15 pm in Room RE 42, we will have a mini-symposium on Elizabeth Bishop with my committee members, who are attending my defense in person.
