Something I thought about:
- I have so many books about writing and gardening, and there’s a lot to be said about how gardening time and writing time align — not rushing, letting ideas grow, learning patience, etc. But weeds do not follow garden time. They’re constantly springing up and growing out of control. Weed time runs completely contrary to garden time.
Something I did:
- So much weeding — I weeded the garden, the kid’s clothes, and my clothes
- I dealt with some pretty bad shoulder pain, which I got checked out. Now there’s more follow up to do and PT ahead!
- Watched way too much soccer
- Read a lot
- Did not do the writing that I wanted due to shoulder pain
- Went to the town’s 4th of July parade as usual
- Went to some meetings
- Did some website work
