Something I thought about:

  • My sleep got so messed up this week — I keep getting 5.5 hrs of sleep, which isn’t enough, and I’m in a bad cycle of being busy with things I have to do, so I stay up too late doing things I want to do, and it’s not good. I need to break this cycle and focus on sleep health and decreasing stress because this is not sustainable.

Something I did: 

  • Started working on a big project
  • Closed out a few things
  • Had time to really dig into a couple of ongoing projects
  • Went to Zumba
  • Watched American football with my kid
  • Met some nice new people through my child’s activities and my own
  • Completed a mini-embroidery project
