Something I thought about:
- My sleep got so messed up this week — I keep getting 5.5 hrs of sleep, which isn’t enough, and I’m in a bad cycle of being busy with things I have to do, so I stay up too late doing things I want to do, and it’s not good. I need to break this cycle and focus on sleep health and decreasing stress because this is not sustainable.
Something I did:
- Started working on a big project
- Closed out a few things
- Had time to really dig into a couple of ongoing projects
- Went to Zumba
- Watched American football with my kid
- Met some nice new people through my child’s activities and my own
- Completed a mini-embroidery project

- Finished another slow read: The Mirror and the Light by Hilary Mantel
