Something I thought about:

With the start of school, routines are changing and settling. The rentrée energy is real both at school and work with the start of terms and academics coming back and jumping into everything again. The rush of starting things.

Something I did:

A lot of meetings
A lot of testing / debugging
Not enough writing
Back to school with the child — sorting school supplies, updating and rearranging the room, weeding clothes
Went to Cambridge to see two book group friends read at the Porter Square Books 20th anniversary — the bookstore used to be my local indie, and I remember when it opened!
